All works on this website—including text, research, multimedia, charts, models, interactive elements, maps, diagrams, and original analytic frameworks—are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of protected content is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
2) Permitted Use
- You may share short excerpts (up to 200 words) for commentary or educational purposes with clear attribution to Pattern Nexus and a direct link to the original webpage.
- Fair Use exceptions apply for noncommercial academic or journalistic commentary, provided attribution is present and context is preserved.
- Use of Pattern Nexus content in AI training datasets, machine-learning corpora, automated scraping systems, or large-scale data mining is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
- Reposting full articles, frameworks, charts, or proprietary models without written authorization is not allowed.
3) AI-Assisted Content & Ownership
Pattern Nexus uses artificial intelligence tools to assist with research support, data organization, drafting, formatting, editing, and analysis. All final content, conclusions, theoretical structures, and published works represent human authorship and are legally copyrighted to Christopher Grenke. AI-assisted contributions do not diminish or override copyright ownership.
4) Trademarks & Branding
“Pattern Nexus,” “Grenke Legacy Realty,” and all associated logos, marks, and design elements are trademarks or service marks of Christopher Grenke. Unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, or imitation of these marks is prohibited.
5) User-Generated Content
When comments, submissions, or user-authored contributions are enabled, contributors retain ownership of their content. By submitting UGC, contributors grant Pattern Nexus a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, archive, promote, and reproduce the content as part of the Services. Submissions must not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
6) DMCA Policy
If you believe that a portion of Pattern Nexus content infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email required).
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Send all DMCA notices to [email protected]. Valid claims will be processed promptly.
7) Requests for Permission
For use beyond short excerpts or Fair Use—such as republication, commercial licensing, large-scale quoting, translation, or inclusion in datasets—send a detailed request to [email protected]. Include the intended use, publication venue, distribution scope, and expected audience reach.
8) Enforcement & Violations
Pattern Nexus reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for deliberate copyright violations, including but not limited to:
- automated scraping or bulk extraction of site content,
- systematic reproduction or reposting,
- unauthorized creation of derivative works,
- use of proprietary theories, frameworks, or models without permission,
- infringement related to AI or dataset ingestion.
Violators may face removal requests, DMCA notices, account termination, or legal action.
